We operate an appointment system and aim to offer you an appointment within two working days. The Doctor aims to see you within twenty minutes of your appointment time. If there is a delay we will apologise and explain why.

Medical emergencies and urgent problems will be dealt with on the same day.
Please arrive promptly or cancel your appointment if you cannot keep it. Please remember an appointment is for one person only. Additional family members will cause other patient’s appointments to be unnecessarily delayed. If you wish the Doctor/Nurse to see several family members at the same time please advise the receptionist.
We operate an appointment system and aim to offer an appointment within 48 hours wherever possible.
Appointments are for one person only, if several members of the same family need to be seen, you should tell the receptionist who will reserve separate appointments.
Patients under 16 years old should be accompanied by an adult. Please inform us as soon as possible if you are unable to keep an appointment.
Please only request an emergency appointment if it is a genuine emergency and you require immediate treatment.

If possible please try to telephone reception before 10:00 if you require a home visit.
You may only request a home visit if you are housebound or are too ill to visit the practice. Your GP will only visit you at home if they think that your medical condition requires it and will also decide how urgently a visit is needed.
You can be visited at home by a community nurse if you are referred by your GP. You should also be visited at home by a health visitor if you have recently had a baby or if you are newly registered with a GP and have a child under five years.
